These terms and conditions apply to the use of the bdk999 platform (website bdk999.click and associated mobile applications). bdk999 is an online betting and casino service operating under an international gaming licence.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bdk999 and the member. By accessing the platform or creating an account, the member is deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

To open an account with bdk999, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with false or incomplete details may be suspended at any time.

• Passport – photo of the data/information page

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 for bKash and Nagad, ৳500 for Rocket, and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Mobile banking: 1–3 hours; bank transfer: 1–3 business days.
• Deposit Fee: bdk999 does not charge any fees for mobile payments. The bank's own fees may apply.

Bdk999 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit without providing a reason, particularly where fraud is suspected or a security verification has not been completed.

All bonus offers at bdk999 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means accepting the terms applicable to that bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. Requirements vary for each bonus and are listed individually.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days. Any bonus that expires within this period will be cancelled.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or circumvent bonus terms may result in the bonus being voided and your account suspended.

Bdk999 may have separate rules for each game and betting section. However, certain general rules apply across all sections:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be deemed void.
• If your internet connection drops during Live Betting, the result recorded on our servers will be considered final.
• Bdk999 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns and withhold payments pending the outcome of such investigations.
• Bdk999's decision shall be considered final in all matters.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdk999 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Coordinated efforts to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Depositing funds from money laundering or any illegal source
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of match-fixing or predetermined results
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or using software to place automated bets
• Collecting personal information from other members or harassing them

Bdk999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
• Regulatory Authority Guidelines

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded; however, bonus balances will not be returned.

For inactive accounts, bdk999 may deduct a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower.

Bdk999 collects members' personal information solely for the purpose of providing services. This data is never sold to third-party advertisers.

• A real-time fraud monitoring system is always active.
